Custom Notebook - copy
Design your own notebook!
I take a cut of veg-tanned, 6oz cow hide, engrave it with an image and/or text of your choosing, and dye it with your chosen color. After that, I apply a finish to protect and beautify, then assemble it with hardwood, copper rings, and paper.
To get started:
- Choose one of the colors below (sample swatches in the pic to the left).
- Briefly describe the intended design in the "Requests or modifications" window below.
- Purchase the notebook.
- Then, email any graphics you have to chris@lastchancecustoms.com.
That's it! I'll get back to you with a mock-up/sample ASAP.
Some notes on custom designs:
The color swatches are approximates and may differ a bit from the finished product. Variances in the leather and dye-application process can result in a unique tone. But don't worry! They always come out beautifully.
Notebook details:
Dimensions: 8.5 X 5.5 inches
Each holds about 40 pages comfortably, but you can refill a few more without "popping" the cover off. (I've been using these for awhile now, and that only happens if I try to cram as much paper in them as possible.)
Paper included: 30 pages of lined or unlined note pages, and 30 pages of planning pages (See image gallery).
These notebooks are compatible with Arc and Arc-style mushroom punch refill paper. You can remove, re-use and refill for the life of the notebook.
