"Thin Blue Line" field journal.
The Thin Blue Line Refillable Small Notebook is a simple one, but perfect for keeping track of your daily notes. Originally made as a "Thank You" gift for a law enforcement neighbor who babysat our kids one day, I realized it might have broader appeal, so here you go! ;-)
It's made with a slab of REAL leather (not plastic fake garbage or the leather equivalent of particle board), dyed with antique gel oil (usually tan or briar brown), and sealed with a weather-proofing resolene seal. The flag is laser-engraved and the thin blue line is hand-painted with blue acrylic. It comes with one stock notebook from Tandy Leather, but can be refilled with many small, basic notebooks. The notebook is held in place with an elastic cord that's easy to slip over the middle of the pages.
